• We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery date, provided the replacement item is in stock. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date.

    To be eligible for return or exchange, garments must be returned in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

    Refunds will be processed back into the account used at checkout. It can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

    Exceptions / non-refundable items:

    Stickers, jewelry, and sale items are nonrefundable.

    Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. Customers are to cover the cost of return/exchange postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

    LOST, DAMAGED, AND STOLEN PACKAGES:

    If you purchased shipment protection and your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us using the form on this page.

    If you did not purchase shipment protection your package is lost, misdelivered, or arrives damaged, the shipping company is liable.

    If your package was stolen due to being delivered improperly, the shipping company is liable. If your package was stolen but was properly delivered, they may still be able to assist, depending on your specific circumstances.

    You may also file a police report if your package is stolen.
